She is particularly focused on high-potential talent identification, development, leadership capability and organisational design.

She holds a Master’s in Psychoanalysis, a Higher Diploma in Organisational Change and Design and a Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development. She is a Certified ICF Executive and Personal Coach and mentors emerging L&D professionals with the Learning & Development Institute of Ireland.
